As the growth doubled annually, BambooHR demanded to maximize efficiency, control costs, and secure a long-term talent pipeline to keep up with growth.

Doug saw an opportunity to get a fit and skilled technical team for BambooHR after learning about Optymize. He was intimidated by the procedure of hiring and quickly opted to work with Optymize.

The three engineers provided by Optymize fulfilled the top priorities of team integration and cultural alignment of BambooHR. After noticing the quality progress on their core system of integration, Doug decided to enhance the team. He again hired two engineers from Optymize. All the five Optymize engineers worked on different core technologies of BambooHR such as text messaging system, customer integrations features and other areas where they excelled and helped in BambooHR’s growth.
