Optymize evaluates developers based on three processes – technical skills, communication skills, and psychometric analysis. Technical skills are assessed using a system of design questions on different levels and coding challenges. Developers share video resumes as well as they are asked to solve and explain coding challenges during the interview process. Optymize gets an overall understanding of the developer after performing these evaluations and accepts only the top 5-8% of the applicants. These assessments ensure that Optymize provides developers with good communications skills and a willingness to work during clients’ working hours.

Optymize is flexible, and so are the clients. Optymize believes that employees are healthiest when they are able to openly communicate things related to leaves and holidays directly to the company they are working with. However, Optymize does have some simple protocols that developers working on the platform are asked to follow. These protocols are designed to ensure that things are handled smoothly for Optymize, for the clients, and for you as an Optymize developer.
