Introduction

Rubeel is a Full-stack software developer who is proficient in technology such as Next.js working both as a full-time employee as well as a freelancer. He is based out of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has recently joined Optymize and is currently engaged in a project. Rubeel is an experienced and highly skilled professional who previously worked for various startups. For a time he was working full-time and then he shifted to freelancing. He has ample knowledge on web development from designing to implementation. Apart from technology, Rubeel is very fond of pets.

Life Before Optymize

Rubeel has an aim other than developing. He wants to become a top-notch project manager who can lead a team and deliver high functioning projects. But after his graduation he focused on learning the craft of development. Rubeel said, “If I have enough experience in development with all the in-depth knowledge then I am sure my road to management will be much easier.” While he worked full-time Rubeel found himself stuck with the project assigned to him. It was a good experience for him but he wasn’t satisfied with himself. He wanted to earn more knowledge on more technology, it is when he began freelancing.

How Did Learn about Optymize?

He began freelancing by signing up with various sites. He got enough work but nothing was problem free. Sometimes he got clients who wanted more with less budget and sometimes clients weren’t sure of what they wanted. Freelancing became hard for him with unsteady outcomes. He looked for better opportunities that’s when he found Optymize and signed up for it. “I am glad that I found Optymize at a crucial stage of my career.” he said.

His journey with Optymize

After signing up for Optymize and appearing for all the tests and interviews, Optymize onboarded him. Rubeel said, “I was impressed with the work culture of Optymize. They hooked me up with clients and I worked for them without stressing about anything other than the project. Suddenly the whole process became so easy for me after signing up with Optymize.” Rubeel also said about how it is developing his knowledge, “I get to work on projects that interest me. I finish my job, have a talk with the client and if something is wrong then i finish the tasks according to the requirement. It is increasing the horizon of my knowledge while i am sitting on my study table.”

Final Verdict

Rubeel was very much relieved of a hectic life with freelancing sites. He said, “I don’t need to worry about other needs regarding the project. All I do is wake up, finish my job and begin working the next day. No worries about payment or anything. Work is so much fun now.”
