Ervin is an experienced Java developer. He is based out of Manila, Philippines. He studied Computer Science with keen interest in developing softwares. He has been with Optymize for the past one year. Ervin is a highly skilled professional with experience in application software analysis. He also has experience in creating architecture, designing software and implementation. Ervin has a hobby of collecting books. He has a library with over two thousand books that includes many genres.

Life Before Optymize

After graduation he was in the USA for two years where he worked with Uber. Because of some family problems he had to return home and couldn’t leave his family. He found a job that didn;t satisfy his needs. He needed exciting offers where he was able to showcase his talent. He kept working there until the pandemic hit. He vowed not to return to the company even after everything was normal. Instead he began to search online and taught in a nearby school at the same time.

How Did Learn about Optymize?

Since he couldn’t leave his family alone, he needed to find a remote job. He tried several platforms but nothing actually helped him the way he wanted. He said, “One day I was reading this freelancers testimonial site, where I got to know about Optymize. I went to the site and signed up.” He said that after a day, he received an email describing a test in order to complete a vetting process. “I appeared for the tests and sat for interviews and submitted the requirements. Two weeks later I received my first offer from Optymize.”

His journey with Optymize

Ervin always wanted to work in a competitive environment with top talents. Optymize has provided him a way to work with talented people from all over the world. He said, “I got the first offer to work with a team of twelve developers. The communication among the team was very good. The project ended smoothly. Optymize already had another project that they offered me.” He also said about what he wants to do in the future. He said that he would acquire knowledge with the help of Optymize that he could manage a team of his own.

Final Verdict

Ervin said he didn’t like the concept of remote working. But Optymize changed his perception. Now he knows that remote working can be done smoothly. “Optymize has provided me with a way to take care of my personal life as well as my career. Now I don’t have to worry about what is going to happen next. Because I believe that Optymize will always find a way to keep me engage.”
